Research in the area of wireless communications and remote sensing is centered on the modeling of the wireless communication systems (transmitter, channel, receiver) and the development of new techniques on optimal criteria such as the choice of modulation and the access method in order to enhance the performance of the global system. We are also interested on detection systems, in particular airborne and satellite synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems. It spans a broad range that includes:
- Multi-input multiple-input (MIMO) systems, massive MIMO, multicarrier modulations (OFDM), Filter Bank Multicarrier (FBMC), ultra-wideband (UWB) communications, coding and information processing, optical wireless communications, Radio frequency identification (RFID),
- Resources and mobility management for wireless networks,
- Modeling, estimation and equalization of the radio channels,
- Signal processing for communications,
- Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) algorithms.
